Just so it hasn't been a year since I have updated the site, i thought i'd fill you all in on the recent happenings. 2007 was a fatastic year for us; we played a bunch of excellent shows at new venues, released the "Minivan E.P." to coniside with our unplugged tour we had in December (the songs will be part of our new album), and we are almost done recording our new album, tentetivelly titled "Bittersweet" and should be out in about a month or so.

So yeah, sorry for the lack of update, but as we all know, Myspace is definently the news headquarters. So head on over to www.myspace.com/newsense for all the latest.

Sorry for the lack of updates on this site, but as we all know, Myspace has deffinently taken over for just about everyone these days. But here's whats been going on in the Newsense world. We released Blind To Reality as a demo again rather than a full album. As Eric and I listened back to it, we felt it didnt move us as much as we had wanted, plus releasing a CD with almost no new songs was an awkward feeling. But we also felt we shouldn't scrap the whole thing so we have it available for purchase, primarily at shows but also through us (to help you overseas fans).

If you did not hear/haven't noticed also, we added another member to our line-up, Jello Nishimoto has joined us playing guitar. He is awesome.

Also, we have already played at the new (and amazing) University Theatre, a new venue here in Las Vegas and are excited to be playing there again on April 22nd. Full details on that show will be coming soon.

We have been working on/finishing several new songs at an alarming speed so expect to start hearing them on the internet and for sure at our shows.

So to fill you in, the new CD "Blind To Reality" is done being recorded and we are working on the artwork for the album to release it extremely soon. We have a few shows coming up here and there and hope to see you at them. Also, if you didn't hear, we placed 2nd in the City Of Las Vegas Talent Show in December.

Hello Everyone! Very exciting news today! As of right now, Eric and I are working well into recording drums for the upcoming Newsense CD. The recording will be done over the next couple weeks and our full length CD will be released on Parkway Recordings later on in the year. As of now, what I can tell you is that it will be titled "Blind To Reality" and probably contain about12-14 songs. When we get farther along in the recording process (done at Mine & Eric's Studio: Happikeys) I will release the track listing. Thanks to all of those who we have seen at the Private shows we have been playing as well. And to let you all know there is a Barn show on Friday!

Well today is the last show ever for The Rock N' Java. We will greatly miss this venue. We are playing the show and will start at about 2. It's $10 but there are around 37 bands so you get your money's worth. So come out and say goodbye to our good friends at the Rock N' Java!

Welcome again to another news day! Thank you all who saw us play at the Rock N Java last week, it was a great show. Next on Saturday @ the Barn we have a show as well as the following Friday @ the Cellar! Two great shows you must attend! Also, our guitar picks will be coming in VERY soon and they are quite cute. Well for those of you who don't know, we have a show on March 18th at the Barn. See the "Shows" section for details. But Also, we are competing again in the Del Sol HS Talent Show, you know the one we won last school year. So yes, that will be on Thursday, March 23rd. For those of you who haven't heard, Newsense is back in the studio! Here's some information about what to expect from the new CD:

*The CD is over half complete!
*Tentitively the CD is titled "Make it Snappy."
*The sound is different in that it is more complex, deeper lyrics, and more musical than any other songs from Newsense in the past.
*Most likely the CD will contain 10 songs.
*The average song length is about 4 minutes long.
*The longest song on the CD is called "That Night" and is over 7 minutes long.
*Much more Keyboards were added to the recording of this CD.

*There is a digital instrumental on the CD.

*Much of the CD was recorded late at night.

*No two songs sound the same on this CD.

*The songs for this CD were written for about a year now.

There will be more information soon, as well as opportunities to help spread the news and join the Newsense Fan Club as well as Street team which well be set up soon!

Hi There! Well it has been a while since an update, so this is what has been happening in the Newsense world. First off the new alblum is nearing complition!! As soon as the studio comes in, it won't take loing, The schedualed release date is in mid-summer!!!! it's gonna be amazing!! Next, for those of you in Del Sol's Theatre program, Newsense will be playing the cast party!!! Next there is a large festival show on the 23rd at the Barn!!!!! Hello everyone! Sorry it's been a while since the last update but heres everything that has happened. First, we played a show at the Roadhouse which was alot of fun and thank you to everyone who came out and watched was, also thank you to Cryptdeath for hooking us up with the show. But heres some other news. First off, the NEW SHIRTS ARE IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are really awesome and Extremely comfortable!!!! You can see them on the Merch Section which NOW has PICTURES of all our Merchandice!!!! So head on over there and buy some stuff!!!! Also, the next show is coming up! What's up everybody!!!!!???? Long time no talk. Well the last show was awesome and we would like to thank everyone there once again. And here is there newest news for Newsense. We will be having a show on Saturday, March 19th. It will NOT be at the Barn so DONT go there or you will be chilling all by yourself(and some horses). So for more info on that, as always, hit up the "shows and Events" Section of the site. Other news: T-SHIRTS!!!! Thats right, Newsense is going in to make new, highly in demand, t-shirts NOW! So come to the next few shows and buy some other merch, in order to help us raise money to pay for making the shirts. The more money you guys spend, the faster the shirts get made. Also, we are sad to say that the CD will be delayed due to a recording malfunction(meaning Eric kind of broke the mixer) but recording will commence soon enough!!!!! Alright thats all the news for now, see you on the 19th!!!!

Hi NS fans all across the universe! First off, Newsense has officially started recording the new CD!!!!! So far it is awesome!!! New songs are also being written as the recording process goes on and on. For those of you how actually came to "NS LIVE IN 2005!!!!!!!" We would like to thank you personally. The show went ok, there was not a lot of people but the ones there get two thumbs up for crowd partisipation! Not to mention it was quite cold. Alright, well there should be another show soon! Hello. If you didn't hear, Newsense has shown their awesomeness once again. We got FIRST PLACE at the Del Sol High School's talent show!!!! It was an honor beyond belief and we thank EVERYONE who came out and supported us. It was sooooo awesome. So thank you all once again. As of right now, there are no public shows schedualed. There will most likely be one in early December so keep checking back here to find out! Hello World! The show at X-treme went ok, a lack of fans I'll say that much. BUT you can still be redeemed in our eyes by coming to the NS show at the Barn on Friday, November 11th!!!!! Send Marc your questions for the NS interview for the upcoming DVD, "P.P.P." so send them on over! And CONCUBINES (REMASTERED) is now RELEASED!!!!! What's the difference you say? Well all 12 songs are now on 1 disk, with a new cover and Every song has been remastered with new things that were fixed. So pick one up for $6!!!!!!!!!! AND the NEW pins/buttons are done!! Because we were invited to play at Del Sol High School's Tailgate Party and Thank you to everyone who came out to see us or saw us for the first time. Also u can now pick up our sweet stickers for only $1 and if u didnt get to buy the first button design, we are sorry but we have sold out of them.
